TaliWood keeps a dated copy of each published version of the legal documents a dealer is pointed to when they apply: the dealer Terms & Conditions and the website Privacy Policy. A dealer's agreement is governed by the version that was posted on the day they applied, so each version stays available at its own permanent address rather than being overwritten by the next revision.
Each entry below is a document exactly as it was published, captured on the date shown. Archived copies are never edited after the fact. To find what a dealer accepted, match their application date to the version that was in force on that date. Where a version's effective date and the date its copy was taken differ, both are shown.
Merges the terms of sale into the dealer terms. Adds the standard of conformity and its tolerances, title and risk of loss, ready-to-assemble assembly terms for EZ Click, storage and acclimation requirements, installation exclusions, an exclusive remedy and a limitation of liability, the disclaimer of implied warranties, the Limited Lifetime Warranty in full with its pass-through to the dealer's customer, regulatory compliance, a limitations period, and Texas governing law with Harris County venue. Keeps the published payment default, claim windows, fees and program terms unchanged. This version has two addresses: the live page, which always carries whatever version is current, and a permanent dated copy taken the day it took effect, which is the address a signed agreement cites.
Adds the New Dealer Sample Kit section, which applies to dealers who sign up on or after September 7, 2026. Two copies of this version are kept: one taken September 7, 2026, the day it took effect, and one taken September 26, 2026, its last day in force.
Versions of the dealer terms published before September 7, 2026 were not captured at the time and are not available here. The archive begins with the version above.
The dealer application's consent block points the applicant at the Privacy Policy above a required checkbox, so the policy is archived on the same basis as the terms.
Copy taken September 7, 2026, when this archive was created. This version was already in force before that date, so the archived copy shows the policy as it stood on the day it was captured, not on the day it took effect.
