i.Who can become a TaliWood dealer?

Established kitchen and bath dealers, showrooms, distributors, and home builders are all welcome to apply. We're looking for partners who care about the long game — businesses that build their reputation around the brands they carry.

ii.Do you have minimum order requirements?

Opening orders and ongoing minimums are discussed during your application call. We work with both volume operations and boutique showrooms — there isn't one-size-fits-all here, and we'd rather have the conversation than publish a number that doesn't fit your business.

iii.Are territories exclusive?

We don't oversaturate markets. New applications are reviewed against existing dealer coverage in your area. While we don't generally grant fully exclusive territories, we work hard to make sure our dealers have room to grow without competing with each other.

iv.What happens if there's an issue with an order?

We make it right. Damaged in transit, missing piece, hardware swap, finish issue — whatever it is, we ship the fix and we ship it quickly. Your customer's experience is our reputation, too. That's not a marketing line; it's how we run the business.

v.How long does the application process take?

You'll hear from us within two business days of submitting the form. From there, we'll set up a discovery call and walk you through pricing, territory, samples, and onboarding. Most dealers are placing their first order within two to four weeks of initial contact.
