II. Construction

Built to one standard.

Every TaliWood line meets CARB Phase 2 and TSCA Title VI emissions standards. All five lines ship ready-to-assemble with the licensed EZ Click joinery system — no nails, no glue, no power tools required. Per-line construction details are listed inline with each collection above.

— Featured Technology  ·  EZ Click

Effortless assembly, engineered.

EZ Click — licensed by Välinge Innovation — is the assembly system inside every TaliWood cabinet. No nails. No glue. No power tools. Just cabinetry that arrives flat and clicks together five times faster than the standard.

  1. 5× faster assembly with no power tools required
  2. Licensed click architecture forms an unbreakable bond, stronger than nails or dowels
  3. Patented internal pinlock — sleek exterior, no visible hardware
  4. Less waste, lower cost, safer assembly than conventional RTA
Learn About EZ Click
III. Frequently Asked

Six questions, answered honestly.

i. What is EZ Click, and how does it work?
EZ Click is a patented click-architecture assembly system, licensed by Välinge Innovation. Cabinets ship flat and snap together at engineered joints — no nails, no glue, no power tools. The locked joint is mechanical and reversible: cabinets can be disassembled to relocate, then reassembled without losing strength.
ii. How fast can I assemble EZ Click cabinets?
Most cabinets click together in under two minutes. Across a full kitchen, EZ Click reduces assembly time by roughly five times compared to conventional ready-to-assemble cabinetry — fast enough that a dealer or installer can complete a full job in a fraction of the time a glue-and-dowel build would take.
iii. Is glue required for assembly — and how strong is the joint?
No glue, no nails. The licensed click joint locks mechanically, and an internal pinlock holds it closed under load. The result is a stronger bond than a glued or doweled joint — and unlike glue, the joint stays consistent across humidity and temperature swings.
iv. What is ready-to-assemble (RTA), and what are the benefits?
Ready-to-assemble cabinets ship in flat boxes and are assembled at the dealer's shop or on the jobsite. The advantages: lower freight cost, less damage in transit, faster lead times, and a more efficient warehouse footprint. With EZ Click, the on-site assembly itself is dramatically faster than conventional RTA — the cost savings on freight and time don't trade against build quality.
v. No power tools required for assembly. Really?
Correct. The cabinets are designed to assemble entirely by hand. The patented click joint and internal pinlock do the work that nails, screws, dowels, or glue would do in conventional construction. No drill, no driver, no clamp, no setup time.
vi. What's the difference between ready-to-assemble and factory-assembled?
Factory-assembled cabinets ship pre-built — ready to install but at higher freight cost and longer lead times. Ready-to-assemble cabinets ship flat: cheaper to freight, less damage in transit, faster to receive. Both versions of TaliWood cabinetry sit on the same plywood box, with the same hardware. The choice is logistical, not structural.
