TaliWood Cabinets LLC stands behind every cabinet we build. The full warranty terms below define what's covered, what's not, and how to make a claim — written in plain language so dealers and homeowners can read it without a lawyer.
TaliWood Cabinets LLC warrants to the original purchaser that all cabinets purchased from TaliWood Cabinets LLC will be free from all defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which such cabinets are installed.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchasing consumer.
If a defect does occur within the terms and conditions of this warranty, the defective part will be repaired or replaced by TaliWood Cabinets LLC at its sole discretion. If it is not commercially feasible to repair or replace a defective product, TaliWood Cabinets LLC may refund the original price paid by the purchaser for the defective product, or provide a credit toward a similar type of product sold by TaliWood Cabinets LLC.
TaliWood Cabinets LLC reserves the right to alter design, specifications, and material without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured. TaliWood Cabinets LLC cannot guarantee that the finish of any replacement will exactly match the finish and appearance of the defective item due to the natural aging process of wood and finishes. TaliWood Cabinets LLC may require, at its discretion, that the customer submit a clear photo, or that a company representative inspect the item being claimed, before honoring this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If you purchased through an authorized TaliWood dealer, contact your dealer directly — they will coordinate the claim with us and walk you through what's needed.
For escalations, or if you cannot reach your dealer, write us at hello@taliwood.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue. We respond to every warranty inquiry.
