This policy describes what the TaliWood Dealer App collects, why, and how your information is handled. The app is a business tool for our authorized dealers and home builder partners. It is not a consumer shopping app.
The TaliWood Dealer App is provided by TaliWood Cabinets, LLC ("TaliWood," "we," "us," or "our"). The app is a business tool for our authorized dealers and home builder partners. It lets signed-in dealers view their own account pricing, place and manage orders, and access dealer resources.

The app is a mobile front end to our online store, which runs on Shopify. When you sign in and use the app, you are interacting with our Shopify-powered storefront over an encrypted connection. Shopify processes data on our behalf as our service provider. See "Shopify as our data processor" below.
We only collect what the app needs to sign you in and let you do business with us. Specifically:
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, browsing history from other apps, health data, or advertising identifiers.
We use Shopify to run our store and account system. Shopify hosts the storefront, handles sign-in, and processes orders, draft orders, addresses, and order history on our behalf. In this role Shopify acts as our data processor: it handles this information under our instructions to provide the service, not for its own independent purposes. Shopify's handling of data is also governed by its own privacy terms.
We keep your account and order information for as long as your dealer account is active and for as long as we need it to run our business, provide service and support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email support@taliwood.com with your request and the account or email address it concerns. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may need to keep certain records where the law requires it, for example completed-order records for tax purposes.
All traffic between the app and our systems is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We rely on Shopify's platform security for the storefront and account system. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
This app is a business tool for authorized TaliWood dealers and builder partners. It is not directed to children, and it is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
The current version of the app does not send push notifications and does not collect a device push token. If we add push notifications in a future version, we will update this policy to describe what that involves before we turn it on.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this URL and update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify dealers, for example by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated policy.
