TaliWood Cabinets is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run our North Houston distribution facility, where containers of cabinets and plywood come in every month and orders go out every day. We need someone who walks in, sizes things up, and gets to work.

II.About the Role
A fast-paced, lead-from-the-floor operation.
This is a heavy will-call and local-delivery business, plus pallet shipments all over the country. You will run receiving, inventory, and every kind of outbound we ship, and you will keep a team and a warehouse moving at pace. You lead by doing, not from behind a desk.
III.What You'll Do
Own the whole operation.
Run all daily warehouse operations: receiving inbound containers, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of cabinets and plywood.
Own inventory accuracy in Acumatica (our ERP): cycle counts, reconciliations, real-time stock control, and clean reporting.
Handle the full mix of outbound: will-call and walk-in pickups, local deliveries, LTL pallet shipments nationwide, and the occasional full truckload.
Operate and supervise forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers (cherry pickers) in full compliance with safety standards, and jump on the equipment yourself when the job calls for it.
Lead, train, and hold the floor team accountable, setting the pace for quality and throughput.
Coordinate daily with our team and suppliers around the world over WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Spot inefficiencies and fix them: layout, workflow, and process.
IV.What We're Looking For
You've run a warehouse before.
Minimum 3 years managing a distribution or fulfillment warehouse. You know how these run.
Strong inventory-management discipline and real attention to accuracy.
Valid forklift certification with hands-on reach truck and order picker experience.
Genuinely tech-comfortable: you can own an ERP (we run Acumatica) and communicate cleanly over WhatsApp and email.
Experience leading a team. You lead by example and hold people accountable without micromanaging.
Self-sufficient and resourceful. You assess and act, you don't wait to be told.

Bonus points.
Experience in kitchen cabinet distribution specifically.
Bilingual English / Spanish.
We're adding some light manufacturing at this facility early next year. Production experience is a bonus, though this role is not a production-manager role.
